Effective date: June 12, 2026 Entity: AEBM Publishing, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), operator of Dr. Myers’ Inner Circle.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use Dr. Myers’ Inner Circle (the “Community”). It applies to members and visitors who are at least 18 years old. The Community is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

2. Information we collect
  • Account and profile information you provide, such as name, email, and login credentials.
  • Billing information. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Health and wellness information you choose to share, such as goals, symptoms you describe, and content you post in the community.
  • Lab testing data. Functional lab tests are ordered and delivered through the Rupa Health Physician Network. Depending on configuration, lab results or related data may be accessible to you through, or flow through, the Community platform.
  • Usage and device information, such as pages viewed, session activity, IP address, and device/browser details, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
3. Sensitive health information

We treat health and wellness information and lab data as sensitive. We collect and use it only to provide and support your membership and the services you request, and we do not sell it or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Where applicable law requires consent to process consumer health data, we obtain that consent.

4. How we use your information
  • To provide, operate, and support the Community, coaching, and lab access you request;
  • to process payments, manage your membership, and send service and renewal communications;
  • to personalize and improve content and the member experience;
  • to maintain safety, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations;
  • for marketing communications you can opt out of — and never to feature your personal story externally unless you separately opt in via a Member Story Release.
5. How we share your information

We share information only as needed and as described here:

  • Service providers (e.g., hosting, payment processing, email, analytics) that process data on our behalf under contract;
  • Rupa Health and its physician network to order and deliver lab testing you request;
  • Legal and safety disclosures when required by law or to protect rights and safety;
  • Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your health information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not share your personally identifiable information outside the Community for others’ marketing without your permission.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Community and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and where required we provide a consent mechanism and honor opt-out preference signals.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Community and for legitimate business and legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it. Retention periods vary by data type.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Breach notification

If we experience a breach of unsecured identifiable health information, we will notify affected individuals, and regulators where required, consistent with the FTC Health Breach Notification Rule and applicable state law, within the required timeframes.

10. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to appeal a decision. Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia, and others) have these rights under their state law.

Consumer health data. If you are in a state with a consumer-health-data law (such as Washington’s My Health My Data Act), you have additional rights regarding your health data, including the right to withdraw consent and to have it deleted, and we will not sell your information.

The Community may link to or integrate third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date and, where required, provide additional notice.
